Inside Sales Representative 

The work location will be at a designated branch or region office location, with the expectation of working regular business hours to maximize client opportunities and interaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Conducting an extensive outbound calling campaign with the expectation of growing a sales pipeline to meet monthly sales quotas.
  • Utilizing cold-calling techniques to secure appointments and for the business development team to close new sales opportunities.
  • Providing customers with clear and easy to understand information pertaining to all of our high quality services
  • Successfully communicating Company’s commitment to quality and passion for the landscape industry
  • Partnering with the branch and sales management team to develop new  business opportunities
  • Effective at building and maintaining trust-based professional relationships
  • Planning specific activity benchmarks and are able to close business
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Success at uncovering customer’s problems and developing solutions
  • Working at a fast pace and operating with a high sense of urgency
  • Working well with the operations team members leveraging their expertise with yours

Skills we’re seeking:

  • Prefer Bachelors degree in Business, Ag Business, Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant and Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass or Landscape Architecture but not required
  • Minimum 1-5 Years’ sales experience, preferred
  • Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage time
